Low-carb hamburger made with Fusubon breadcrumbs
Hello, I'm a Fusubon owner!
This time, we will introduce a low-carb hamburger steak made with Fusubon breadcrumbs. Many people who are on a carb-restricted diet eat hamburger steaks made from 100% meat without any binders.
However, it often ends up being dry, and don't you sometimes crave a plump hamburger steak that has been familiar to families for ages? In fact, using Fusubon breadcrumbs seals in the meat juices, making it tastier and lower in carbs than regular breadcrumbs, so give it a try!

Ingredients for low-carb hamburger ( serves 2 )
300g mixed minced meat
1 onion
1 medium egg
Husbon breadcrumbs (low sugar breadcrumbs) 40g
1/5 teaspoon salt
1/5 teaspoon nutmeg
1/5 teaspoon black pepper
Butter (for baking)
A little rapeseed oil (for molding)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin (low-carb mirin is better)
How to make low carb hamburger
1 Chop the onion finely.
2
Transfer to a heat-resistant container and sprinkle with salt. Microwave without covering for about 12 minutes at 600W. When the whole thing becomes transparent, remove from the oven and let cool.
3
Add the fusbon breadcrumbs and eggs to the cooled onions.
Four
Mix well to form a paste.
Five
Add the minced meat, nutmeg and black pepper and knead well.
6
Once the mixture becomes sticky all over, the hamburger steak is ready.
7
Shape the filling. Apply oil to both hands before shaping to prevent the filling from sticking to your hands. Spread a thin layer of butter on a cold frying pan, arrange the filling in the pan, and heat it.
8
Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes on one side, then flip it over, cover, reduce heat slightly, and cook for about 6 minutes. When you insert a bamboo skewer into it, if clear liquid comes out it's done.
9
Add soy sauce and mirin to the frying pan with the hamburger steak removed and heat on high. When it thickens, mix it with the hamburger steak and it's done.
important point
・Use regular onions, not spring onions. They will be watery. This is also true for regular hamburger steaks.
・Do not wrap the onions when microwaving them. →To allow the moisture to evaporate. ・Do not mix with the eggs until the onions have cooled down. →To prevent the eggs from solidifying. ・Make the sauce in the same frying pan used to make the hamburger steaks.
