Fuji Vinegar's Commitment

The main points of Fujisu vinegar are:

・All rice is grown in-house without pesticides

・We do not use any herbicides, which are usually used in rice cultivation, and we use a special method using paper (we also custom-make rice planting machines) to carry out the rice planting and harvesting every year with contracted farmers and dozens or even hundreds of volunteers.

・It takes as little as 8 months from the time the vinegar is made until it can be shipped, but on average it takes 1 year and 3 months!
*At major manufacturers, vinegar usually takes 1-2 days to ferment, and including the maturation period, it usually takes about a month to ship.

・The vinegar that uses the most rice in Japan. Fuji Vinegar uses 200g of rice per liter, and Fuji Vinegar Premium uses a whopping 320g of rice per liter.
*Major manufacturers say that they use 40g of rice per liter of vinegar.

・The cost of raw materials is more than 10 times higher than that of major manufacturers, and the quality and quantity are different.

・The actual price of vinegar is only 2.5 times higher

・The brewery will be visited by chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants and overseas who use Fuji Vinegar.
