How to log in with your previous membership information

We have revamped our cart system on January 27, 2023.

Although I have registered as a member of Fusubon, I am unable to log in because
There is step 1 in the image above. You will need to "activate your account."

Please click on the "activate your account" button in the email titled "Activate your account" that will be sent to you between 6:00 p.m. on January 27th and the 28th .

If you have not received the "Account Activation" email and would like the activation email resent, or if you have any questions, please reply to this email.

If you do not remember the email address you used to register, please contact us with your name and phone number.

We apologize for the concern we caused by sending you a sudden email about activating your account on the night of the 27th.

Next, please click on "Forgot your password?" in step 2.
Enter your new password from the email address you received.
Please login.

After logging in, on your My Page, you will see an order that has been shipped and paid for as of January 27th. However, this was entered by us to transfer your cumulative purchase amount in the past for the purpose of determining your membership level. Please rest assured that no shipping or payment has been incurred.
