Doing strength training at home is relatively easy and I think many people do it, but when it comes to doing aerobic exercise at home, some people may think that they need large-scale equipment such as a treadmill.

However, there are tools that allow you to do aerobic exercise at home without spending a lot of money.

Generally, each video is about 10 minutes long, so start with one video a day and if you have time, do two, which will amount to 20 minutes of aerobic exercise.

The important thing about carbohydrate restriction is to have a low carbohydrate, high protein, high fat (high quality), vitamins and minerals (iron, magnesium, Zn, etc.), and it is best to also include moderate exercise (10 minutes anaerobic and 20 minutes aerobic, for a total of about 30 minutes) to improve the functioning of antioxidant enzymes, so why not try taking advantage of these easy steps to start aerobic exercise at home?
