A luxurious Mont Blanc tart made with unsweetened chestnut paste and Fusbon cookies.
The base of the tart is made of Fusbon cookies, topped with chestnut damandes made from chestnut paste and almond powder, then layered with milk mousse and rich chestnut cream, and squeezed Mont Blanc cream made from chestnut paste, fresh cream, erythritol, and stevia on top of the cake.
Although the sugar content has been reduced by about 75% compared to regular Mont Blanc tarts by seasoning unsweetened chestnut paste with a low-carb, sugar-free natural sweetener, chestnuts still contain a relatively large amount of sugar. One whole chestnut contains 36.5g of sugar, which is higher than other Fusubon products, so we recommend cutting it into about 5 slices and eating it little by little.
