Characteristics of coffee perfect for a low-carb lifestyle

Ingesting good quality fats is very important in a low-carb lifestyle . We have prepared coffee beans that are perfect for making butter coffee with grass-fed butter. The beans are roasted deeply in advance because the acidity tends to stand out when mixing butter and coffee in a blender.

A lineup of coffees perfect for the low-carb lifestyle

Currently, we offer a blend of Colombia Supremo coffee beans and Indonesia Sumatra Mandheling G1 coffee beans, which have been dark roasted. We will send you the coffee beans as is, but if you would like us to grind the beans for you, please let us know in the delivery details, email, LINE, etc.

How to enjoy butter coffee, perfect for a low-carb lifestyle

First, grind the coffee beans using a grinder. The basic ratio is 100g of hot water for every 6g to 8g of coffee beans. For 14g of beans, you will need to pour 200g of hot water. The paper and coffee beans will absorb the hot water, so the amount of coffee extracted will be about 180g. Add about 10g to 15g of grass-fed butter to your liking, and then use a blender or hand mixer to emulsify the butter into the coffee.
